Ghost Doctor (2022)

Similar story of a ghost 'borrowing' a person's body. Both the stories have contrasting characters of ghost and the possessed person. If you're looking for comedy, underdog stories, these are for you. While OMG is surrounding a plot around restaurateur, GD surrounds a plot around a hospital. Both Park Bo Young and Kim Beom are worth watching in their roles.

There is also mentor mentee theme in both drama that I love.
Both dramas have smart and strong MLs.

Even if one is medical drama and other is not .

Main similarity I find is Bromance in both dramas. Its hilarious.

Both film involved a male lead that was dead or half dead but the spirit still around.
He trying to use the younger man to help him achieved the unfinished business.
Will the young man eventually aware of what was going on.
Is it possible for the ghost to fulfill his wish?

Both involved male lead attempted to correct the past.
Will he be able to change the future?
Does he has the power or ability to amend the future event?

Both has a main lead that can see ghost. They refused to help at first, the supernatural power that they have would put in a good use at the end

In both dramas, the male lead gained the ability to see ghosts after having been on the verge of death. This ability will change their work and also their way to see life. Moreover, they use their ability to help the ghosts they can see.
TF is a drama about crimes and reveal the truth behind some deaths, while GD is a medical drama.

Both has a male lead that is mysteriously able to travel.
One is a medical mystery, the other one is crime murder mystery
Both male lead did a good job of leading the mystery story.
Will they able to twist thing up, prevent the evil events from happen?

Hwang Dae Myeong's personality is very similar to Go Seung-Tak ! I enjoyed watching both, and I couldn't help connecting it to Ghost Doctor even though it may seem like they have nothing in common.

49 days FL has a time to complete given task but in GD ML only wait to wake up after surgery

Both dramas have a doctor who is a rookie doctor (clumsy in Godhand Teru, and doesn't have much interest in being a doctor in Ghost Doctor), but is able to perform miraculous surgeries through possession (in ghost doctor, where a highly skilled doctor's spirit possess the new doctor) and through inheritance (in Godhand Teru, where it is said that the ML inherits the talent from his father).

Both has medical genre, kind of ghost, mystery, murder, coworker, the older or senior coaching or guiding the younger or newer teammate

Both male leads are "coma ghosts" and only 1 person are able to see and communicate with them.

The Ghost Detective is more a thriller/mystery and has a darker tone.
While Ghost Doctor is more comedy oriented and is much lighter in tone.
