don't get the hype about this one - reading the comments though have another ep to enjoy before the end. but this just cringe - yeah Ray a totally sweet, likeable pushover as opposed to his annoying, moronic, self-centered, self-involved drama queen self in both the Gen Y's and 2Moons as Kit. here he the complete opposite and u would think that a good thing - he might not look nerdy, but he is and not the smart kind. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************what type of plot is this where he got the virtual reality headset - knows it aint real and yet has deluded himself into thinking his Idol can actually come to life?!? but who can blame him, when Jedi his idol actually does - like WHAT?!? and that somehow the human and virtual one will share info, huh?!? in which universe this possible? not in the one we live in. so is Ray chemically imbalanced? or the virtual reality headset mess with his brain? and he gone mental??? cause this weird, as weird as a "cat" getting cozy with a human in ep 2. ***************************************************************************************************and if all this not enough Jedi, that acts cold and distant suddenly not only knows who his no#1 fan is. but has the info the virtual Jedi should only hold. so he what, bugged the device he sent his fan as a prize??? like how much weirder can this get??? *****************************************************************************************************************************************this wasn't good IMHO but i get other's being wowed, as both actors r playing opposite roles to the ones we used to seeing them in GenY and 2 Moons - and yet just cause they different personality wise, doesn't mean this a good plot - this just weird ******************************************************************************************************************************************side note - noticed this gonna get a 2nd season. ironic that the 1st annoying couple that didn't really have a future (going by what we saw) and the last couple which is a weird stalker fantasy - where the idol stalks his fan (ノへ￣、)oh idk this really a mess so donno what to except in season 2

BL version of Absolute Boyfriend

- KimCop closes us off this anthology series with episode 6, a love between an idol and a fan. This episode didn't end the series on a positive note for me. I felt this was weaker than episodes 4 and 5. I'm not saying it was bad by any means, but it just wasn't doing it for me.

- Let's talk about the premise. We're given a unique concept with Ray being a huge fan of Jedi and was given VR goggles so he could have a virtual version of Jedi as the perfect boyfriend. I don't know why, but this brought me back to my manga days in High School, and one in particular was Absolute Boyfriend. This reminded me of that manga series, and not in a bad way.

- Ray and virtual Jedi had some cute interactions, while Ray also gets to meet his idol in the flesh at the coffee shop he works. I do like that later in the episode Ray acknowledges that the VR version of Jedi is just not. Virtual, but not real. It shows that he hasn't lost sight of reality even though he gets a taste of what being with his dream guy could be like.

- I think the weakest point for me is that we really didn't get much interaction between Ray and the real Jedi other than small talk and Ray being starstruck. Virtual Ray gives us a cryptic comment about how the real Jedi does notice him, and we do see them having a moment towards the end, but it leaves us with a lot of questions with no answers. This wasn't a solid ending, and I found myself confused when the episode finished. All in all this was a decent episode, but it didn't have the magic of episodes 4 and 5.

Probably the best plot of the 6 episodes

Just realised we can separately rate the episodes, so here I am copying my review of the overall series into the specific episodes. What a fresh setting! It feels like a version 2 of Zettai Kareshi where the female lead purchased an ideal boyfriend robot. The highlight of this story has got to be the super realistic comments Ray made that got me squealing: "(Jedi: Since I'm here with you, what do you want to do together?) If you put it that way, how can I have any good thoughts?", "(Jedi: Why don't you lie down to rest and sleep?) Who is going to be able to sleep?". A very fun story and of all the episodes, this is the one I hope to see a full series being made out of!

เรื่องนี้มีปมให้เราได้คิดตามมากกว่าความฟินที่มีในเรื่อง และยังสามารถคิดได้หลากหลายมาก นักแสดงเล่นได้ดี ทำให้เชื่อในตัวละครนั้นๆ ภาพ แสง สี คือสวยมาก เพลงประกอบก็เพราะมากๆค่ะ ชอบมากๆ ทำออกมาได้ดี ดูเพลินจนจบยังต้องอยากดูต่อ ดูวนไปหลายรอบแล้วค่ะ ยังไม่เบื่อเลย ลองไปดูกันนะคะ

Kim and Cop's acting is very good, very natural. I like it very much

I'm so happy that my long-awaited Close Friend is finally on TV. First of all, Kimmon and Copter's performance is very good, very natural. I like it very much. Copter shows a fan's love and confusion for his favorite star, exactly like a real fan,it's really good. The change in mood is well explained. I can feel Ray's surprise, grievance, sweetness and other feelings from Copter's expression. Kimmon is really handsome. This Jedi character is quieter and calmer than the original character, which suits Kimmon well. Especially the second time Kimmon wore a hat and walked into the cafe, it was so handsome and calm. I think Kimmon could play a cooler role in the future. I'm looking forward to it. Finally, I look forward to KimCop's future work. I hope they will get better and better.

ทำภาคต่อเถอะค่ะ

ด้วยความที่เป็นมินิซีรี่ย์ แต่คิดว่าเรื่องของทั้ง 2 คนนี้ยังสามารถเล่าอะไรได้อีกมากเลย ทั้งเรื่องที่เรย์มาเป็นแฟนคลับเจไดได้ยังไง เส้นทางไอดอลของเจไดต้องฝ่าฟันอะไรมามากแค่ไหนกว่าจะได้มาเป็นไอดอลชื่อดัง เรื่องราวต่อจากนี้ของทั้งคู่ คบกันแล้วเป็นยังไงมีอุปสรรคอะไรบ้างไหม และปริศนา VR มันมีกลไกการทำงานยังไง เจไดตัวจริงมาอยู่กับเรย์ผ่าน VR ได้ยังไง หรือไม่ใช่เจไดตัวจริง เป็นเจไดตัวปลอมที่ออกมาปลอบเรย์หรือเปล่า ใครอยู่เบื้องหลังในการบังคับ VR โอ้ย!!! ปมเยอะแยะมากมายเต็มไปหมดเลยค่า ไม่ทำภาคต่อไหวเหรอ? แฟนคลับรอชมมากมายเลยนะคะ คิมคอปเล่นได้น่ารักมาก เป็นซีรี่ย์ที่ดีที่สุดของคิมคอปที่เคยดูมาเลยค่ะ ฝากผู้จัดพิจารณาทำภาคต่อของเรื่องนี้ด้วยนะค่า

Five Stars

I really love this episode although it felt like I watched a long teaser. I guess it was meant that way if the production team planned to make one of the stories into a full series. They can't really show us all. I love seeing KimCop in another kind of plot and as always they delivered. These boys never failed to deliver the best results for their fans. The story is so cute and very relatable to me as a fan. The set is gorgeous as well as the artist's clothes. Kimmon really looked like an idol. Many commented about the sfx being extra loud but it's good for me. It add to the whole mood of the episode. Reall good job to the whole team for this episode ? And lastly, Jedi and Ray deserved a full series ?

สนุกมากเลยค่ะ ดูไปหลายรอบก็ยังให้ความรู้สึกใจสั่นอยู่ มันน่ารักมากกกก เนื้อเรื่องดีค่ะ แปลกใหม่ดีสำหรับการเล่าถึงมุมมองศิลปินกับแฟนคลับ ที่มีvr เป็นตัวเชื่อมให้เขาทั้งคู่ได้มาเจอกันแล้วใกล้ชิดกัน จะมีอารมณ์อึกอักๆ สับสนระหว่างตัวจริงกับตัวโฮโล มันดึงอารมณ์ได้ดีมาก แสงเอย ฉากเอย มุมกล้องที่ดูไม่ซ้ำทั้งที่ฉากก็ดูมีพื้นที่จำกัด แต่สีภาพช่วงแรกแอบหม่นไปหน่อย สีปากนักแสดงออกดำไปเลย โดยรวมเราว่าดีมากค่ะ เป็น18นาทีที่เราอินไปกับเนื้อเรื่องและอยากให้มีต่อมากๆเลยค่ะ!

ตัวละครหลักน่ารักมาก น้องเรย์เป็นนายเอกที่น่ารักนุบนิบน่าเอ็นดู ส่วนคุณเจไดก็หล่อเท่มาดแมนสมกับเป็นไอดอลดูเข้าถึงยากแต่อ่อนโยนกับน้องเรย์คนเดียว เป็นมินิซีรี่ย์ที่ประทับใจสุดๆเลยล่ะ แต่ด้วยความเป็นมินิซีรี่ย์นื้อหาเลยไม่ค่อยลงรายละเอียดอาจจะทำให้ไม่เข้าใจความรู้สึกนึกคิดและการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ของตัวละครมากนัก มีปมเยอะแยะที่ยังไม่ถูกเฉลยออกมา อยากให้พิจารณาทำภาคต่อหรือเป็นภาคที่แสดงมุมมองของเจไดก็ได้ เพราะตอนปัจจุบันเราขะถูกให้มองในมุมมองของน้องเรย์ฝ่ายเดียว อยากดูภาคต่อจังเลยน๊าาา
