Him, ok I get it, you're smart but do you have to be such a jerk?! humiliating her like that and saying you can't love "stupid girls" and then manipulating her into keep liking you because you're so full of yourself you can't handle her liking someone else but you.... jerk
Her, seriously sweety. first there are plenty of fishes on the sea, second and third I'm not Einstein nor Gordon Ramsei but come on, how can anyone be this clueless? Can't get any school subject, not even english? and can't follow a simply recipe from a book?
But I like it anyway, he has to swallow all his words because he ends up falling in love with her and at least she has a good heart and is very persistent which is a good thing.

Then takes advantage of her feelings and pulls her onto his bed to pretend to want to sex with her, just to 'test' if she still likes him. Then she still has feelings for him?
I really don't understand it at all.
I thought he would have feelings by now. But seriously he is a jerk..
The only good thing is he enjoys her coffee. But everyone treats her so terribly apart from his mum. It was cute what she did pretending their grandma was sick to leave them alone.
I'm going up to keep watching though. It's addictive. I don't know why.

This drama, out of all the dramas in this title, this drama is closest to the anime. It has the same "feel". Although some parts of it are cut off and is incredibly fast paced, still it does not hurt the main gist of the story line. :) I'm so loving the characters in the story, Kotoko is really the Kotoko I feel in the anime and also Irie too! I can't wait for the next scene. It was the beginning of the turn-around in the anime.

I am actually liking Naoki's character, even though he's harsh, I don't think he's too cold or repulsive at least he shows his secretive smile more openly and I like that about him. As for Kotoko, I still think that she's not annoying even though she likes Naoki that much plus she has some dignity and the slap scene prove it all which was a great scene btw.
Kin-Chan is also a favorite character here because he's so fun to see around. Great ep and I can't wait to see more.

I am so hooked wow, I don't know how will I survive waiting for next episodes.
I sense the chemistry between these two and that is the main reason why I enjoy that show so much.

Unlike Playful Kiss where the guy is too cold and then falls for her right away, Naoki has feelings and I like that :) this is so cute and I know it will be great

Here, you get to know Naoki and Kotoko better, the way they interact with each other. You have various scenes involving fighting, cooking, sneaking into one's room at night and doing one's homework.
You can also see how Naoki's coldness is different from indifference. One second he does something mean and almost crual to her, the next moment he helps her.
Kotoko, on the other hand, show her sincerity by showing her emotions a bit too much, which help maintaining a good balance between the two of them.
In the end of the episode, you really get the impression that the two have taken a new step in their relationship.
