With new information, Ga On falls deeper into confusion. He and Soo Hyun investigate Yo Han's past, and Lee Young Min fails to stop the indictment against him. Meanwhile, Cha Kyung Hee gets engulfed with anger against Yo Han and tries to figure out how to save her son. (Source: Viu)
The church incident made me so mad, I head hard time breathing. I could feel the emotions of Yo Han /. Very good acting and directing. Jin Young did a great job too. Aah I am excited to see all this trash punished in a creative way as Yo Han does :DPS: another breathtaking moment was Ji Sungs perfectly trained body. I almost wish they didn't show the scar that way and right after the flash back bc the thirst broke my sadness ??
Cried like a baby during the last 15 minutes. This episode felt like one of the big turning points of the series; we're finally seeing who Yo Han is and his motives behind everything he's doing. When Yo Han reveled the cross shaped scar, WHEW! For a number of reasons, 1. how mad and sad (and maybe even a bit betrayed?) he must've been to actually show that to someone who is "basically" a stranger to him, and 2. it was a whole shock, like I had just spent the whole scene before crying then you put THAT in there afterwards (at least give me a few minutes to recover...damn). Feel like everything we had seen was just a prelude to this episode and we're finally getting to the good stuff. I'm so excited to see how the story unfolds and where we go from here. I can already see this becoming one of my top favorite shows.
I know everyone is going crazy about his looks - as one should -, but am I the only one completely crazy about how psycho Yo Han is? When after Ga On leaves at the end of the fire story and he's like "I knew it. People love stories like this.", like he was lying, I swear I screamed. This is the type of character that I dig. I mean this man is completely insane, but as a viewer I am all in with this character. They will probably make him "likeable" by providing reasons and justifications or wtvr, but as long as it makes sense in the end I am fine with it. Just enjoying his crazy motherfuckerness while we can.
This episode was outstanding in every way. From Yohan bringing Gaon to the event, through Sun-ah's true identity, to the trials that lead to flagellation, and finally, Yohan's fake story, which is credible. When Yohan invited Gaon to the party, we assumed it was to show Gaon who the true enemies in the story were, but I was blown away when I read a theory. They believe Yohan invited Gaon to test if anyone from the upper class recognized him as Isaac. There are statements in the scenario when they express how a president can garner votes based on his or her popularity and tear-jerking personal experiences, both of which are true in real life.Every trial, the punishment astounds me in every way. I'd never considered flagellation before! That was incredible and I despise how much I like Yohan's punishments to the perpetrators. The last scene!!! I cried so much since a child was involved but everything turned upside down when Yohan said those last lines and I won't type it here because I believe that you should watch The Devil Judge everyone!
