I did not understand why Kim In Chul was in a regular room and unprotected. If someone understands this, let me know! I couldn't figure why!! So what happened at the end of the episode made perfect sense. You, the bad guys, failed in killing him so let's kidnap him! Bad CDC for not protecting your guy!!
