Both drama is work related and have the same female the difference is that in master of my own carrier and work is given more preference as it shows the growth of female lead and love story is just like side part in this drama but in as beautiful as you Love story is the main thing while carrier plot is going along with it

*FL both want to enter and excel in finance industry
*Both have ML in positions of power telling FL they won’t succeed but secretly keeping an eye on them
*Both have romance but also FL who succeeds in career
Recommandé par ennekube
even though the plot is not the same typically as in Master of my own the ML is the boss of FL but in She and her perfect husband he is just a household husband but the one thing that ties them together is the resiliant personality of FL. In both they are hard working and determined not to give up. so if you liked Fls personality and need motivation this is it

Both are office based dramas with a strong female character who is determined to succeed regardless of the setbacks thrown at her.

*Both have FL in a secretary role to a narcissistic boss who decide they want to quit
*Secretary Kim is more about the romance; Master of my Own also allows FL to succeed career wise

Although the setting is different, both dramas have the bickering and gradual romance between an older mentor and his younger apprentice.

Both are workplace drama with ML is more senior and FL is less experienced.

They both have similar themes of a women trying to progress in a competitive and male dominated industry, both have a mentor ML (although in very different ways) and a slight romance that isn't the main focus.
Recommandé par Mic Lo
Both dramas have a hardworking female lead who doesn't give up easily and wins others over with her sincerity and charm. They both go through a few struggles and learning about their profession on the way, working towards their dreams. Having supportive colleagues and friends by their side.
Both dramas only have slight romance, Master of My Own a bit more.
I found both dramas very motivational and full of life lessons.

Recommandé par RANJA Asian Dramas
Both dramas focus on the challenges faced by smart women in competitive, cutthroat workplaces, and both have a good romance that isn't the main point of the drama.
Recommandé par Mic Lo
Both have a male protagonist who is a bit of an asshole and his female subordinate who tries hard to tolerate him even thought his impossible character.

Both involve a possible romance between them.
Recommandé par Loving_Roots
Both have two handsome males of similar age which fight one towards another and one woman whom is in between them.
"The good guy" is not really that good.. whether he is more of a vigilante.. or a person with a nasty charachter.. and the actual good guy turns out to be bad..only so that he turns out a new leaf at the last moment.
Both have manager and company schemes.. and a gang of staff..

The female lead is a strong woman with her own believes and is hardworking. Her romance with the second male lead is more of a forced one and she puts an end of it, but he still has a great admiration of her at the end.

There is a possible romance between both leads..never on screen.
