An Unexpected Gem
One of my favorites! Measures up to those epic K-dramas. I've already re-watched it 3 times! One of the best I think in quirkiness and its clever plot. The length of the drama is perfect, not too long. The storyline is funny and there are moments where I couldn't stop laughing. The FL is not the a typical nice and gentle woman. She knows all the tricks and love story clichés because of her knowledge in novels and uses them to her advantage in the alternateuniverse. The only thing I didn't like was the jumping back and forth from reality to the alternate universe. I didn't think it was necessary. That ends though close to the end when she's back to reality. What's fun to watch at the end is how the roles have changed and the chasing continues. It feels like I was starting a new drama and kept me hook hoping and wondering what's going to happen next.Cet avis était-il utile?

A second chance at life - DONE RIGHT!!!
I am so very impressed with the way this drama was executed.usually dramas and manhwas around characters waking up in another life is such a cringe plot, but the cast and production team really made it work. the emotions felt real and not a manufactured script that is being shoved down peoples throats to make them believe.
Marcus and Vivian made such an amazing couple and their chemistry was on point. kiss scenes were so good.
I loved how simon playing qiangfen was breaking the 4th wall within his own world every now and then. in the beginning i could sense that qiangfeng has a weird thing going, and he did. And it was awesome.
overall an amazing drama. I don't know if its something i would watch again because the excitement and intensity of the drama is interesting mostly on a first watch

Promesa rota.
No quiero decir spoiler.

Best drama of 2020
If you haven't watched this drama, what are you waiting for? This series was definitely one of the most complete and entertaining series I've ever watched. There are no plot holes whatsoever. Normally the drama in which the main lead enters in the world of story, the ending becomes very confusing. There are many things not explained and it becomes hard to imagine. But the flow of this drama was awesome. The ending was not at all confusing, every character had a justified ending and there were no plot holes. Talking about the main leads. Marcus Chang's acting is awesome. He looks so handsome like its unreal. Vivian Sung did a fantastic job with her role. Honestly, the casting was perfect. Everyone was a great actor. The chemistry between the main leads is over the roof. It's awesome like there are no words to explain. OST of the series is also very good. Each and every song has a deep meaning and they are totally related with the series. Honestly this drama is one of the best. Go watch it!!!Cet avis était-il utile?

Full of romance
Ok as first i really love it becoz this one have lot s of romance. Main coupl chemistry is good.. its not story tht has too much things but just simple love story tht make you feel good ❤️❤️ but as for ending i dont like one thing tht is when tian sixng remember about sithu aoran and come to xiao en tht part is bit out for me what i mean is tht part should be very touchy but i am not feel like tht. And there are one more thing i dont like that is thire wedding 2nd time, they should have gather frnds at least chun tian.. they just got married and things hpnd i dont like it that way.. other parts is ok actually i feel very happy when quing feng had happy ending.. but i feel bit sad becoz he is only a book character while all other charaters stay in real world too ?When i compair thaiwan and korean dramas lot of thaiwan dramas has lot of love seens than korean dramas.. and although it has bad peopl in the end drama not let us to hate them.. few dramas is ok with tht but few i dont like to forgive the bad one..
As for characters and acting it all ok actually firstly i hate he ming li but in the end it changed.. and i never hate tian jian not in the book or real life.. mostly in real life he is not bad guy when tian xing fell he even try to save him but becoz of his sister he push tian xing.. every other characters build well.. actually i really like xiao an and chun tian s friendship. I wanted frnd like that.. i feel jelous too..
Overall good drama but i am not saying it is perfect one. Becoz it has some lost point like i play fast some of ming li , tan jian , uncl hu parts even i fast forwrd tht parts i never feel somthing missing.. tht is one of lost point in this drama.. other than if you want to relax your mind and if you love romnce this is for you..

Loved the FL and ML
I LOVED this drama, my first Taiwanese drama and I don't think I'd ever find another Taiwanese (Kdrama or Cdrama) drama as good as this one. It's a mixture of: W - Two Worlds and Extraordinary You.What I loved about this drama is that the "dream" world was in fact real, at least to the ML and FL. Unlike many other shows where the other reality is only real to just the ML or FL, here it was real to them both, which is the most important aspect of the story.
There are essentially two romance stories in this drama between the main characters:
1) Book (dream) World: The story of how the Xiao'en and Aoran (book name of He Tian Xing) fall in love.
2) Reality (awake) World: The (much shorter) story of Xiao'en and He Tian Xing falling in love
I loved both love stories, but they were both very different. You'll understand just how different the book world and real world stories are when they collide and litterally break apart at episode 15. I preferred the real world Tian Xing over his book world counterpart. He was better in litterally every aspect and I wish we got to see more of him. Tian Xing himself said that he didn't like the person he was in the book world. I wish we had more episodes in the real world rather than the book world. There was also a lot more action and subplots in the real world story that I wanted the FL and ML to experience more of. Other than that, the story was PERFECT. I did have to skip some parts of the drama because the FL really made me cringe sometimes.
Another thing I have to mention is the CHEMISTRY between the FL and ML. It was SOOO good. I really want to see another drama with Vivian and Marcus as the main leads. I mean even before the two charecters met, you could see the chemistry. And when they were together, even when the characters hated each other, the chemistry was EVERYTHING.

Meraviglioso

Overflowing with sweet scenes and chemistry
Characters were great, the story was great, the romance was great. It may seem a bit slow in the first episode but once you get past them laying down the characterisation, the story really picks up, and becomeas a lot more fun and engaging.I'm always a sucker for a story where someone is transported to another world/the past/into a book/etc and this was one of my favourite representations of that.
Also... the romance is just amazing. The lovey-dovey scenes are so good and even just the fun, f;ortatious banter is so good to watch! The chemistry between the two leads is undeniable and the second ML is also fantastic - and while I couldn't help wanting the ML and FL to end up together it was really hard not to root for our second leading man too!
Definitely worth a watch!

You need a little bit of patience
I was somewhat detached during the first half of the show. I couldn’t really get where those intense feelings were coming from – Situ Aoran liking Chuchu, Qing Feng liking Chuchu, Zheng Ziao En liking Situ Aoran and Chuchu as the supposed female lead which by the way did not strike me as such, to me she was the minor role who had the hots for the male lead while playing the innocent and turns evil. There is such a thing as playing your character well, I just really found her annoying in the novel and reality and I mean her, not just her character. Every time she comes on screen I wanted to scratch my monitor. So anyways, I had to reset my mind to watch if from the perspective that it’s supposed to be a typical romance novel with typical characters, usual clichés with the audience jumping in the middle of the story and just accept the fact to take it as it is because there really is no reason to it. Okay fine.
It got better from episode 9, though that felt like forever because the episodes are about an hour long with lots of slo mo, replays and replays every time I think the show goes on commercial. On to the better part of the show….
No matter how evil He Mingli was I didn’t really hate her like the above, good that she turned good. Kelly Liao looks very classy and elegant, even when she was in the hospital.
Duan Mu Qing Feng happy that he finally gets his happy ending. First time I’ve seen Simon Lian in a drama, hope to see him in one where he gets the girl :-)
Vivian Sung is great going from one emotion to another.
Marcus Chang what can I say :-) He fits the role. I like his little expressions and when he smiles :-)
This drama is creative and I liked the ending.

One of my favorite dramas of all time
Seriously one of the best dramas out of all the asian dramas I've seen. Was close to dropping after watching the first episode (opening shower scene was a bit cheesy), but starting with episode 2 it just took off and had me hooked. Great storyline, wonderful acting. Appreciated how FL wasn't ditzy or flighty, communicates well, and there weren't any silly misunderstandings that served as the basis of all the conflict. Marcus Chang as the ML, granted was a stereotypical arrogant CEO role, but he played it really well and I liked how he treated his two characters slightly differently to show the difference between the book world and the "real" world. Justified my binge watching as "practicing my Mandarin." Loved all the music as well. A MUST WATCH.Cet avis était-il utile?
Thoroughly enjoyed this ❤️ It was 'original' and thought provoking.
This was an awesome Mystery Romance, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Its not the normal trope of 'being transported into a novel' etcetera etcetera. It was 'original' and thought provoking. I couldn't stop at the end of an episode unless I was extremely tired and had to go to sleep.
When I was thinking of the rating for this series, I couldn't think of anything that I would have changed if I was the script writer, so I give it a 10/10.
The main characters were portrayed very well by the respective actors and I will see if there's other series's in which they are also the main leads.
Rewatch: Very likely as I really enjoyed it.
