I think I read a review saying that there was no noble idiocy in this show, but that's definitely what happened in this episode lol. At least, that was my interpretation of it. I'm pretty sure she did really like him, but Ji Hee's words about how psychiatrists can't have relationships with their patients (which I 100% agree with) were rattling around in her head ever since she heard them, so she felt it would be best for Shi Joon if she broke up with him. That's how I read the situation.
