Mountains and Ocean (2019)

I like this drama so far. I'm up to the 20th episode. Compared to other dramas that the justice for the FL comes when it's near the end of the drama. With this drama, the FL gets instant justice just because there are people looking out for her and the antagonist actions, backfires. I commend the writers for giving the FL such a strong character, not to be put down or be discouraged by situations that keep happening whenever the female antagonist plans to frame her to make her life miserable. So if you're deliberating on watching this drama or not, go ahead and watch it. You won't be disappointed.

Wait. What just happened?

I’m still processing the ending.

I really liked how it was a fluffy youth romance story but the last few episode was such a ride.

I love RuiNing’s character. It is not the usual cutesy dumb FL. She knows when to back down and when to fight for her own. I really like how dignified she is. At the end, I liked how SZ thought that the tables have turned. That since RN donated almost all of her family’s possessions, she became poor. Wooo, how satisfying was the scene at the tea shop? In your face b**ch! Our girl, RN is smart af for investing at the right places. ?

I got really annoyed by how delusional ShenZhen is. She has her own world where everyone and everything is just against her. Though, I felt sad for her. She was very intelligent but so close-minded. She was so sensitive about everything that until the end she was alone. All those negativity, ugh.

Ye Miao and Ye Lin characters were just okay for me because I was more invested on the acting of the girls. But I have to say, the kissing scene at the playground was cute, spiderman kiss! Haha And also how giddy YM was when they found out that they liked each other. I would have liked more fluff thoughhhhh. ?

But really though, the last episodes. My legit reaction was “WTF”. Hahahahaha. It felt rushed. The climax and all that was like sardines in a tin can, jam packed! Wew.

The ending is difficult. After knowing that the mom of the person you love is the one who killed your mom, would you still be able to be together? That’s why I somehow liked the ending. RN said “wo ai ni, ye miao”. But not directly. It can give a couple of interpretation. There’s a possiblity that they will still get together after all that. But it can also be like an “I love you, goodbye” type of thing which totally makes sense.

Anyways, that’s all. I just had to get somethings out. Worth the watch tho! ??

While this one starts off fun and exciting, it takes a really dark turn and ends without any real feeling of satisfaction. The cast was incredible. The music was great, but I actually woke up angry the next day after watching this because of that ending. I realize it's based off of a novel, but there was absolutely no sense of closure here. We follow the three main characters through meetings at different stages in life. There is a cute side romance from the supporting cast. A season 2 or at least another episode would have done wonders for me. All in all, disappointed.

When the drama start : I can't stop laughing But when the drama end : I can't stop crying

I loved this drama from the beginning till the end.
I've laughed, cried, gotten angry with Shen Zhen. (For the record: let's not forget the actress playing her has done an excellent job!!)
The chemistry between friends, brothers and lovers is just perfect.

The main actor and actress are playing perfectly in their role. Such a professional with every expression. More drama Witt this two main lead please. Love them.

The entire drama had one kiss, it was unique though
This is a Very Heart Touching Love Story.
This drama was a rollercoaster ride for me. It made me laugh, blush, cry all at once
The scene of apple in mouth 1st ep made me so much laugh I never thought I will cry like a kid in the end
I never thought the few last episodes will be so heartbreaking
At first I thought, it was a comedy, romantic young people drama
When I come nears to last 5 episodes...then only I realized it was not the drama I imagined...it has more emotions and memories … ??

This drama is so beautiful, I love the brothers relation between Ye Miao, Ye Lin & Chen mo & Luhua hua realtionship is so cute

What the heck did I just watch!?

Okay! Before I critique this, I want to say it is worth watching but you're getting ready for a rollercoaster ride.

First, like many people said, you don't really know who the male lead is at first, second guessing everything haha. The idea that the two main male roles are brothers was interesting but also the plot revolving around the three didn't feels organic, the plot felt forced.

The female lead is a good character. She has a back bone and stands up for herself, which I love to see. The love triangle is a bit infuriating because of her though.

The conniving supporting female character was just wild. Girl really thought she was the main charcter. I'm trying not to put in spoilers, but I would be prepared to feel extremely frustrated with her lack of empathy and just how wicked she is.

The last three episodes do a 180 and it gets kind of crazy and felt a bit rushed. the later years feel disconnected to the rest of the story.

I would say to watch this show but don't have high expectations.

I don't write reviews very much cause i think its knida boring why not save time and start another drama but i really thought i needed to write one for this. i really have noooo words to explain this piece of art during the time i watched this i have laughter, cried, mocked people for me it was a perfect drama it have everything i could ask for a brave and cute female lead 2 handsome brothers a crazy mother in law fun and exciting background sad and crying sceans and a happy ending I have 0 complains and i hope to see a season 2 or other dramas with the same content for anyone reading this i hope you can see this

Skip If You Like Happy Endings

Ok so I JUST finished this show and I am in utter shock at the ending. The only words I’ve been saying for the past 30 minutes is just “wow”. The ending threw me for a complete loop and I can’t process anything else at the moment. This show was actually quite good and I found the story very original and well written. The reason why this show is not a 10/10 for me is because I hated how Shen Zhen was so whiny and kept thinking she was a victim. Hearing her say how she poor and Rui Ning was a princess EVERY episode was so aggravating. Next is the issue with Sheng Chi‘s acting. He would be so stiff at times and I couldn’t feel any emotions from him. Also, I found it weird how his character went from having no romantic feelings for Rui Ning whatsoever to suddenly falling in love within 1 episode despite them not having any romantic situation or anything that would logically make sense as to where his sudden feelings came from. The last and most important reason why this isn’t a 10/10 for me is the freaking ending. As I’ve already mentioned it left me in shock. The ending wasn’t necessarily bad in terms of writing but it was so unexpected and killed the joy and humor of the show. I have no idea why they would write the last 2 episodes that way but I can definitely say it left a lasting impression. Overall great show but if you like happy endings then skip.

Let's start with the story then I like the story it's nice. Who likes campus love, funny and sensitive drama I recommended to them. Storylines are superb every line touch my heart. In this drama, they talk about Chinese paintings too and this love and painting combination I like a lot.
Now acting was very very much great I like all the actors MR and SR all give their best in drama. Ye Lin handsome and understanding guy Ye Miao funny and emotion cutie Xia Ruining fearless, kind and frank girl and Shen Zhen selfish and jealous beauty. After Huang sheng chi I like fan Zhi Xin so much his acting was superb when he cried I also cried. He is very cute. Shen Zhen acting was very very nice seriously in her eyes and expressions fully loaded with revenge and jealousy so I like all cast and acting in the drama.
Music was sweet and romantic not rocking at all so I like music too.
Overall I like all the things this in drama story acting music everything.
Watch this drama once I hope all of you guys like this drama.

Makjang melodrama

This story ventures into the makjang teritory. The villain is clearly the villain. There were things that clearly could have been handled better by the characters but the writers chose not to go that route. There are lots of sweet moments in the beginning before the makjang and the cry fest starts. Some parts felt too rushed especially the ending. I somewhat felt a little cheated with the ending.

I noticed that this is the first project for a lot of the cast. The female lead herself would have been 17/18 when she filmed this. The production did really well casting these 1st time actors. The cast did very well in their role. I liked the characters I was supposed to love and was annoyed with the ones I was supposed to be annoyed with.
