The first segment is upgrading the English skills of Japanese people. It included a test of vocabulary, listening, translating, and actual conversation with native speakers. Next is the "Real Kodoku no Gurume" segment, which included sweet potatoes stuffed with garlic, raw herbs with soy sauce, somen with pineapple, and overnight instant ramen with egg yolk. Matsuko then complained about the difficulties with new toilets in Nippon TV, oblivious to the fact that he had already said that in an older episode. Coincidentally, the next topic is a survey which shows that people who see their feces are generally happier than those who do not. Lastly, it was the local problems which included a boy who is too obsessed with his grandmother, a restaurant which requires its employees to be good at "mayonnaise beam", and a compilation of products which included puns in their names.
