War is hell

The obligatory WWII suffering episode, per recent asadora guidelines that require every damn narrative pass through this timeline. Assume this will trim the supporting cast...It's a rerun of everything we've seen before and it's the number-one reason I'd wish NHK would stick to more contemporary times as a vehicle to study the human condition. OTOH you KNOW they're gonna farm out the March 2011 tsunami every so often. And just wait for the COVID asadora a decade from now!
