Li Zi Long Returns
Li Zi Long wants to work with the princess and get his hands on the explosive bombs. The princess surrenders as Zhang Gongzhu. She has made a lot more explosive bombs to avenge her father's death and she sets them off in the capital to threaten the emperor. The bombs are a distraction and they are really just breaking the princess and her Wang Xian out of jail. Li Zi Long wants to kill Tang Fan and Sui Zhou goes to save him.

For a genius, Tang Fan is incredibly stupid. Once again, he deduced that the bombs were a distraction and kept the information to himself instead of letting Sui Zhou and Wang Zhi know. Because of that, people were killed, Sui Zhou was hurt, Tang Fan was almost killed and most importantly, Wang Xian is in the wind which means that he can make more bolangs. All that Tang Fan does now is to cause trouble.
