Going back to the drama, i felt like 28 episodes was way too long for a simple stortyline. More than half of the entire 28 episodes became quite draggy because of the push and pull relationship of the main couple. There were very little development in the story. There were too much rejections and confessions yet there were too little affirmations. But im still glad that i decided to finish til the end coz come the last 5 episodes, the draggy story suddenly picked up its pace as it near its peak. And the ending was not disappointing at all. Although i felt a little bored during the whole drama, i couldnt help but praise thessapak hsu for his very good acting. And i was also entertained by the turtle's character. The OST were also very good. It leaves audiences a lasting impression and would make you sing along.
Recommend to watch once.

Excellent story
I really liked this drama. I like the fight and love between them. I always tell everyone I know to watch this drama. I also like the names of the characters.I liked the tough attitude of the hero and the flirtatious attitude of the heroine.When Zayuki Loved Hero's body, that chest was very good. And when she put her hand on Hero's chest, it was even better ۔I didn't like the other girl who liked the hero but she was a part of the story so her acting was good and everyone's acting was very good in the drama and they were all very cute and I'm waiting for season two I know season two is coming because I'm writing a review after so long I can't wait for season two. And I know that the coming season will be good too ۔I love this drama so much that I can watch this drama over and over again۔ Every scene seen in this drama seemed real. In his emotional scenes, it seemed that everything was true.Hiro's love for her after Zayuki left for her planet was so good I loved waiting for her. And that scene before Zayuki left was so cute. The story was based on an alien girl , she landed on earth naked but then she stole a dress from the mall and wore it but i have a question that they won't wear clothes on their plane but how she came to know that on earth people wear clothes. Second sins is that on her planet they speak chinese then from where she learn chinese. Some more are there I don't want to add more because besides these I like the drama.
The main focus was on the love story which was feel connected to the audience. Talking about the cast which was superb. I personally like the character of Fang Liye(Wang Youjung) and the cutest turtle ?. But Fang Lang (Thassapak Hsu) and Chai Xiaoqi (Wan Peng) was also good as the demand of the drama want .
You can watch this show on you tube but no english subtitles and with English subtitles were available on wetv but episode 28 had no English subtitles

OMG this is good everything was good, except for the part where she doesn't use her powers, I am talking about the scenes where she could teleport out of his office before she had that control problem with her powers. that was the only thing that pissed me off but overall everything was good. It was also hilarious to watch an alien and human concept, hell I was laughing at the scenes where the character Chai Xiao Qi(Wan Peng) was attracted toward Fang Leng (Bie Thassapak Hsu) hormones, she has no shame at being handsy with Fang Leng (Bie Thassapak Hsu) ,I honestly couldn't help but laugh at those scenes. I also like the fact that Fang Leng (Bie Thassapak Hsu) used Chai Xiao Qi(Wan Peng) hormones perfume on her that scenes had me LMAO. the show is named "My Girlfriend is an Alien " but it was relieved almost at the end of the show that Chai Xiao Qi(Wan Peng) was actually an alien although she been telling almost every character that she is an alien no one believed her, hell even I wouldn't believe her i would have taught Chai Xiao Qi(Wan Peng) is not right in the head too just like every character taught she was a little special. i hope the make the 2nd season of this drama with the same characters and casts cause I wanna see what Chai Xiao Qi(Wan Peng) and Fang Leng (Bie Thassapak Hsu) life is like for 8 years if they settle down or the still dating,Cet avis était-il utile?
All the cliches and regular struggles with a twist of superpowers
This drama has a little bit of everything I like in a drama, cold male CEO with a power trip and amnesia giving us the chance to see him though his frozen heart over and over again... It has a cute AI robopet that is slightly evil while being just cuter than cute and a female lead that is brave, cool, and not ashamed to show lust... ok she is an alien and no it is not okay to objectify men but considering the norm for c-dramas is horny slightly aggressive men (which we did get here too) and women who are not allowed to show the slight interest in the male body it was refreshing to see a female drule... The drmaa has the regular cliches, with an eviler than evil scheming step mom, an oblivious father, lies, deception, an eviler than evil obsessed second female lead, power struggles and a sweeter than sweet slightly oblivious second male lead...The characters are pretty okay written not too annoying but will definitely arouse ones inner anger and frustration for those of us in to that stuff this is a pretty decent watch, but not as special as the alien touch to this trope would entail...
The creators of this dram a are most definitely masters of matching not only outfits but the environment and blood too! Not bad huh! However I was slightly disappointed by lack of umbrellas and people flying in the air the cover made way for.
All in all an easy to binge, fun watch but nothing out of the ordinary.

This drama is the type of drama where u don't put so much serious thought to it. The drama was pretty good tho, i felt like there was a good balance between comedy, romance and drama-ness, i honestly thought the FL would be annoying but instead she was really funny, and maybe if it wouldn't have been her i might've just dropped it instead. But there was some things that she did that was really stupid but at the same time i couldn't blame her cause she's a fricking alien lmao. {SPOILER} And it would've been nice if one person in the drama at least knew that she was an alien, cause honestly it was really annoying to see her trying to explain what she was looking for, like it didn't have to be the ML but like anyone would've been fine, so they can at least help her. the only "person" that knew that she's an alien was the cute turtle.This was really all i gotta say. I would rewatch it again since it's a cute, fluffy and funny drama. it's pretty good tho, i won't say it's my number 1 fav but it's def in like my top 30 list. :)

It's normal for fluffy romcoms to be weak in the story department, but in good fluffs the plot should just quietly get out of the way. However here it has gotten increasingly frustrating before we reached the final episode. Even the OTP relationship is not that great. I mean sure the leads were real pretty, the FL is especially super cute, but all the push-pulling up until the last two episodes was just too much for me to completely enjoy their romance. Outside of the OTP stuff there is not a whole lot to like in this drama. She is an alien, but her powers are terribly useless most of the time, her powers even failed at providing consistent comedic relief. Her status as an alien does not really come into play up until the last 5? episodes (excluding the hormone thing) & even at that time it's only used for some real stupid stuff and mainly as a tool for the typical 2 years separation plot. The triangle may not be the be the most annoying I have ever seen, but it takes FOREVER to resolve and Xiao Qi even pretends to hesitate up until like the penultimate episode. The plot should've just focused on comedy and the cultural differences between the alien FL & ML, instead we have not only gotten the usual corporate bullshit plot, but it was even presented in a really juvenile way, with the evil stepmom & uncle acting like cartoon villains, then again there are much better Disney cartoon villains out there.. The father character was also just the typical controlling chairman type, fast forward buttoning all his scenes would have certainly improved my viewing pleasure.
The reason why I still ended up rating the drama above 5 is that the comedy in the early episodes was real nice. The alien FL going all handsy after getting high on his hormones was a pretty fun gimmick.
My Lover from the Star and My Amazing Boyfriend 1-2 are hugely better dramas in the same genre, there is no contest whatsoever.

I lost count of the times Wan Peng (Chai Xiao Qi) laid her hands or forehead on his chest. Man I wanna do the same, lol! Obviously Bie is so handsome here, but I think Wan Peng is not too bad too. She is at least very cute, though not irreplaceable.
The scenes were scouted in pretty places too. Many buildings, gardens and houses which are cute pretty. The tortoise is funny . Though the CGI not very well, but it's ok, This isn't some kind of high budget drama, so let's keep our expectation reasonable.
OST is so so only, but I remember I went back to rewatch it a few times coz some of the scenes were just too hilarious and cute.

ONE OF THE BEST CHINESE ROMCOM FANTASY DRAMAS EVER MADE
I really recommend this C-drama for beginners in chinese dramas the story is really HILARIOUS AS HELL i cant stop laughing yall they are some cliches but in a good way and i like it lmao and the Female lead (Xiaoqi) is not a typical weak whining annoying character becoz she is STRONG INDEPENDENT CHEERFUL character and i love they portrayal it that way and also the male lead (Fang leng) i love his role of being typical arrogant narcissistic ceo but has flaws but i like the way it is hehehehe.. I love the chemistry between two leads with so much passion and pure love thats has no boundaries no one can stop them to love each other, the production , music , acting are all PERFECT!!!! I thought this drama is going to be a ripoff of My love from the star(kdrama) but NOT AT ALL. IT has CREATIVITY and very entertaining to watch!!! Highly recommended!!!!Cet avis était-il utile?
