Long friends falling in love. Only difference is that the characters in "I don't love you yet" are a little older.

Both are based on the original story, "In Time With You", a Taiwanese drama.

Both are about bestfriends since high school falling in love.

TEOOL is just the Chinese remake of ITWY.

Both are about bestfriends falling in love. Like the ML know the FL so much that they are in doubt if they will ever be together, but finally, they did get together and it was so worth it.

Both are about bestfriends falling in love, but had to have another guy to come in the picture for them to realize that it is really the ML and FL that are made for each other since the start.

In both shows the male leads realizes his feelings for his long time best friend first but is afraid to confess because they are afraid that once they break up they can't be friends anymore.

Best Friends who have known each other for a long time eventually become lovers.Guy is more calm and the girl is more stubborn. Friendship that's like family. Second lead guy that gets in the way

It remind me of this drama with similar story line of group of adults who got friends opposite sex & they all try overcome obstacles & hardship in their friendship. Starring famous Japanese actor & actresses.

the story is a bit similar with "bubblegum" but I think " I don't love you yet" more better than this

Similar in the way of childhood friends catching feelings for eachother, have the same vibes, but in ''I don't love you yet'' I find the relationship and characters more mature, watch it is amazing!!

What do you get when decade-long best-friends find themselves as their only confidantes, know each other to the point of familiarity of being a de-facto family, yet nurse an electric sexual-tension when they aren't being deliberately oblivious to their feelings? Throw in:

1. A headstrong girl with an extremely passive & super considerate guy, both more stubborn than the other...along with
2. Missed timings, early confessions gone wrong, denial & serial-dating as defense mechanism,
3. Annoyingly clingy girlfriends, younger star-eyed almost-boyfriends, a d-bag of an ex (or two),
4. A contrast between one employed at a white-collar job & the other working in an artsy field..,
5. Career apprehensions,
6. Post-work fun beer-ritual,
7. Guys who love cooking up for their best friends,
8. Some sensual eyeshadow-applying/ make-up removing,
9. Pieces of art/ music as ultimate confessions
10. A year long break to 'figure out feelings'... &
11. Super cute & good-looking leads who like to chill in sweats & specs at home,
12. & heart-wrenching moments of unrequited & unspoken love, especially from the MLs...

And you basically get You Drive Me Crazy (short format- 4eps)/ I Don't Love You Yet (long format- 16eps)!

I found a lot of similarities b/n them:
Longtime friends
Friend to lovers
ML’s relationships don’t last because his girlfriends can’t accept his friendship with the FL

Basically if you like DM you will also like I don’t love you yet.

Both a Best friends for a long time, not knowing how to break the best friend code.
Both Female Lead are strong independent women, but when it comes to love they tend to not in themselves.
Both Male Leads are very supportive and loyal to the female lead.
It is also both a romantic comedy Asian drama. <3

This drama has a completely different plotline from I DON'T LOVE YOU YET. But, it gives the same vibes as the latter... Probably because the director is the same.
If you are interested in the same slow paced buildup dramas, you might find it great.
Though, Kimi wa petto does have some quirky/ even mature elements but the character development goes on well and you feel satisfied completing it.
I am not recommending the old Kimi wa Petto drama because it is not related to this drama... But if you like Kimi wa Petto (2017) , do try out the old version as well...
