Xiao Song's grandmother dies and tells him where the pearl is. Xiao Song decides to leave Ran Yan. Su Fu help Xiao Song figure out that someone forced the grandma to eat the poison. Xiao Song works with Su Fu to set a trap for the killer. Xiao Song finds out why his family protected the pearl. If he turns in the pearl he is dead, if he doesn't turn in the pearl, he is also dead.
