After the auction, Qin Xuanbing gave Zhuang Rui photos of the text he had taken from her in the forest, just as she had promised. Later, Gu Tianfeng meets Zhuang Rui at the tea house to tell him something important, but just before he can talk about it, Gu Tianfeng receives a message and leaves the room after telling Zhuang Rui that he would be back in a moment. After a few minutes Zhuang Rui calls Fei Fei, who was waiting for him outside the office, in the middle of the call they hear a scream. As they both run off in the direction of the scream, they find Gu Tianfeng dead.
