Sweet Dreams (2018)

Both are set in the office setting, and the leads also share a boss-employee relationship besides a romantic one.

Although both story aren’t same but both drama is lovely. Their are lots of similarities in both drama. Both male actor was cured by female actor. They love each other so much. Their couple is lovely & both female lead has same character like cheerful, kind, innocent. Main lead are related in their past in both drama.

Both are love stories between a male boss and female employee. Both stories include a health issue and they both have some twists and turns.

Both dramas take place in a office and has the male boss/ female employee theme.
Both female leads like the male lead first, but quickly change their love into hate. The couples end up together in the end.
On a side note, both female leads have a poster of the male lead in their room.

If you like the part with dreams, I think you'll like this. This doesn't have dreams, but it's like they stopped reality for a minute and gives you funny scenes.

It has the same male lead. This show is what made me like this actor. Instead of flowers this is about embroidery. This show is like a rollercoaster just like Sweet Dreams, so many twist and turns. So the male lead from sweet dreams character in this show is good, and I like how he fights for his girlfriend. It's really good. The only thing you might not like is that the female lead starts getting a backbone near the end.

they both deal with an alternate reality. In switch on it's a virtual reality. in Sweet dreams its a dream world. They both have the leads trying to get back to reality.
