As agreed, Lan Zhi distances himself from Yuan An after obtaining her antidote from the Infanta. He goes on to marry the Infanta without inviting Yuan An to his wedding. Heartbroken, Yuan An runs off to the city outskirts with Mu Le and snivels over Lan Zhi, jilting her. Suddenly, she asks for Mu Le’s hand in marriage to get even with Lan Zhi. Unaware of what marriage means, Mu Le accepts her sudden proposal just to make Yuan An happy. (Source: Viu)

Twist in the story

When Mu Le ate the pill and remembered his past memories, I was shocked that he forgot his memories, he spent with Yuan'an. This is a big twist in the story! Let's see how Mu Le will get his memories with Yuan'an back.
