Do not let yourself be put off by the age difference here! It's actually a great movie with amazing acting, sweet romance and sincere cinematography. Hirose Suzu is so beautiful and sweet that her character, which would have otherwise been really annoying, was just endearing.

My favorite thing about this movie though, is the classic and stunningly beautiful cinematography. I can't help but compare the Japanese style to the American style. Japanese cinematography is absolutely gorgeous in comparison with the bland, detail-oriented American or British styles. Wonderful! Captivating!
