Not Sure What This Was Trying To Be

There are times when you come across a something that may not be overly original or top quality but it really finds a place in your heart. Sadly though for me this wasn’t it.

I’m not going to make out that this was the worst thing ever on television as honestly I’ve seen my fair share of good and bad productions. In fact I liked the setup and our main cast was certainly decent too. My biggest problem was probably the actual storyline and execution. It was slow to kick off, ( let’s not even get into that particular controversy at the beginning which really divided opinions on the show) overly predictable and generic with some of the tropes and characters and while I’m a sucker for a good rom-com it was hard for me to really feel as though there was something actually going on between the main leads.

Overall thoughts? I don’t think this is a bad on per say but this isn’t for me. It doesn’t really have that spark which makes it feel bubbly or nostalgic. I might try to pick this one back up but for now I’m moving on to other shows.
