Park Jin Young risks his life to prove Roh Jeong Eui is not a 'Witch'

Channel A's upcoming Saturday-Sunday drama The Witch has released its fourth teaser, just days ahead of its premiere.

The Witch follows Dong Jin (Park Jin Young), who strives to break the curse of misfortune surrounding Mi Jung (Roh Jeong Eui), a woman labeled as a witch. Mi Jung is a woman who has cut herself off from the world due to the misfortunes that follow her wherever she goes.

The fourth teaser reveals that Mi Jung was aware that Dong Jin had been watching over her. 

Dong Jin believes that the reason he and Mi Jung have reunited after so many years is fate, saying, "People who are meant to meet will eventually meet." Back in high school, Mi Jung was branded a "witch" and forced to leave school. Initially, it seemed that she had no knowledge of Dong Jin, but she, too, was aware that "someone was watching her from afar." She says, "After more than ten years, I find myself looking at that face once again." During those ten years, Mi Jung lived in seclusion from the world. She thought, "Is there a way to live without meeting people?", but realized it was nearly impossible.

When everyone labeled her a witch, Dong Jin never believed she was one and always wanted to tell her that. After reuniting with Mi Jung more than ten years later, Dong Jin realizes his mission. He declares, "I will find a way, no matter what. I will help her reclaim the life she lost." Driven by this determination, he throws himself into a perilous journey, one that might even cost him his life. As shown in the teaser, Dong Jin himself is also not free from the dangers of accidents and death.

The teaser concludes with Mi Jung coming to a realization, as she says, "Lee Dong Jin, it was you."

The Witch premieres on February 15. The K-drama will be available to stream on Viki. Watch the teaser here.
