Park Seo Joon and Won Ji An's new JTBC K-drama confirms its official cast
SBS announced that the new episode of Love Scout will premiere on another date.
On January 30, SBS shared an official press release revealing that episode 9, originally set to premiere on January 31, would be postponed. The new episode will premiere on February 1 at 9:50 PM KST. To compensate for the postponement, SBS will release a special K-drama broadcast and has shared never-before-seen photos of the cast on set.
SBS explained that the postponement of episode 9 was a strategic programming decision. They chose to delay the airing to avoid lower viewership ratings during the Lunar New Year holiday, a time when many viewers are typically occupied with family gatherings.
The postponement of the new episode drew mixed reactions. While some viewers understood the decision, others criticized the broadcast channel for not considering those patiently awaiting the development of the main characters' romance.
Due to the postponement, the airing of episode 10 was also affected and will be aired next week instead of the original date.
Love Scout reveals the romantic journey of a successful CEO, an expert in her field but lacking personal life experience, and her secretary, a skilled single father adept at both parenting and housework.
Han Ji Min, Lee Joon Hyuk, Kim Do Hoon, Kim Yoon Hye, Lee Sang Hee, Park Bo Kyung, Heo Dong Won, Go Geon Han, Seo Hye Won, Yoon Ga Yi, Yoon Yoo Sun, and Jo Seung Yun are leading the K-drama.
Director Ham Joon Ho (My Strange Hero and Wok of Love) and writer Kim Ji Eun (Wonderful World and Lie After Lie) are working together on the K-drama Love Scout.
Love Scout has only four episodes left. The K-drama airs every Friday and Saturday on SBS at 10 PM KST. The K-drama can also be viewed on the streaming platform Netflix.
