Both are korean bl dramas that deal with both relationship and mental health issues from one of the leads.

the way both the actors are logging for each other so so much .. and also it matches the quotes of the eighth sense that "no body love the right person.."

Both films depict a complicated LGBTQ+ relationship where one man is a bit elusive with his real desires while another man is madly in love with him/trying to win him over. There is a chick involved as well who is trying to win the elusive guy back over, and she gets in the way sometimes.

Both dramas explore grieving in a BL context so that makes them similar . This one mentions the death of the older brother of one of the protagonists.

it's not similar it's simply much much better so if you liked this circo ass show you'll love the eighth sense

There aren't many or any similarities in both shows however, the cinematography are almost on par. The Eighth Sense is more like dealing a trauma.
